Our plant reserves a surface of 5000 square meters, 3500 of which covered, in the north of Faenza (RA).
It is divided into 5 departments that express distinct and complementary specializations, matured in parallel for a structured service:
Inaugurated in 2013, the Composite department is organized on three shifts to guarantee daily deliveries to leading customers of Aerospace, Automotive and Motorsport sectors.
It hosts two BELOTTI machining centers that are dedicated exclusively to composite materials, polymers and resins, connected to a modern plant of aspiration and dust abatement.
Operations of processing, finishing, trimming, painting and structural glueing of parts or sub-components represent the core business of this department: voted by nature to multi-year commissions, dies and models, it adds the series to the typically prototype lots of the Precision Mechanics department, by dictating ambitious objectives in terms of quality and urgency
Precision Mechanics is historically our core business and still counts the higher number of dedicated operators and machineries. We produce complex milling and turning parts in unitary and small/medium quantities: single prototypes and pre-series lots, spare parts and special formats, experimental parts, dies and models.
Our distinctive feature is the capability to supply quality and accuracy by respecting compulsory deadlines in urgency, fundamental service for long-time partnerships with the automatic machine industry (packaging and medical) and machine tools.
Rigorously multi-pallet and interchangeable if necessary, our machining centers serve the urgent prototype in an optimal way.
The DMG-HERMLE technological island responds to the most pressing requests of automotive, racing and advanced packaging.
The service quality of our Precision Mechanics department has often persuaded our customers to entrust us also the assembly of the components under production. Today we are expert in managing complex lists of parts in complete supply, being structured to process any cycle phase in total autonomy, from the purchase of raw materials to the final testing.
We assembly groups of automatic machines (packaging and medical), pre-assemblies of machine tools and turnkey finished machineries for the energetic sector.
Mature of an experience of over 20 years in planning the best working strategies, our MTM Analyst carefully follows every part produced by Meccanica Sbarzaglia, starting from the original enquiry that lights the occasion of a new commission. To guarantee delivery while keeping costs down, MTM aims at executing a perfectly complying part in the shortest time. An efficient computerized Gantt helps to manage the available resources on three shifts to process such a wide variety of typologies and quantities in an optimal sequence. Leancost software represents a valid contribution offered by technology for a more objective quotation: starting from a 3D in step format, it proposes a working cycle with phases and respective times.
• 2 SIEMENS NX stations
• 3 TOP SOLID 7 stations
specialized in the programming of the 4th and 5th axis in continuous.
We innerly project and execute also the necessary tooling for our Composite and Precision Mechanics departments.
CAD/CAM/PDM integrated software, guarantees the most severe tolerances by calculating and keeping with extreme accuracy every kinematic at very high speed rates.
All executive and test reports (tooling procedures and lists) are electronic documents which can be consulted from every work station.
Within a structured quality system, many factors contribute to excellence: especially thanks to accurate controls we can keep the promise of a perfect product.
Intermediate phase tests guarantee the correct progress of the mechanical processing according to the defined technical parameters: then the finished part passes to metrology for a last complete check that certifies the compliance of all drawing dimensions.
The test report, especially required for the measurements that we execute on our three-dimensional machine Zeiss Accura II, is also available for desk tests: software Inspection permits to automatically insert the detected values by generating “dotted” DXF files and respective certificates.
Our metrological department is a room of 50 square meters on insulated floor, soundproof and air-conditioned at a stable temperature.
